Yes for professionals and for companies posting jobs or searching talent. Recruitment is a one-time fee on placement and managed teams are billed monthly. Leverage confirms pricing before any paid engagement starts.
Are all jobs remote?
Yes. Leverage Jobs lists remote professional work only.
Who can see my resume?
Only companies you apply to, and Leverage. Resumes are stored privately and opened through short-lived links.
What does talent search show companies?
Only if you opt in: title, headline, experience, skills, country, time zone and availability. Never your name, email, phone or resume.
How do introductions work?
A verified company requests an introduction. Leverage reviews it and, with your consent, connects you.
Why is my company not verified yet?
Leverage reviews each company by hand. Complete your company profile with a working website to speed this up.
How do referrals and commissions work?
Share your referral link. If a company you referred reaches a qualified activation with Leverage, you become eligible for a commission that Leverage sets and approves.
Why was my job not approved?
Leverage tells you the reason. Edit the job and resubmit it.
